Plus other October events and Save The Date

The Salish Sea Poetry Festival Crawl is back! Thursday, October 1, from 5pm to 9pm, join us as we listen to poetry and migrate through four beloved hangouts in the Fountain District. Make a particular point to stop by Doug’s Burgers at 2527 Meridian Street at 6 pm to support Susan Chase Foster, Victoria Doerper, Joe Nolting, Randy Dills and other Red Wheelbarrow poets. The evening begins at Zeek’s Pizza at 5 pm with Chuckanut Sandstone Writers, and continues after Red Wheelbarrow’s poets with HamLit at Good’s Local Brews at 7 pm. The event ends at Menace Brewing with an open mic at 8 pm. Contact Susan at susanissima@gmail.com if you’d like to read your poetry at Doug’s Burgers with the Red Wheelbarrow crew.
